The location.

A lot of stairs which is inconvenient. The shower is broken and no hot water. No curtain at the room so all the light comes in. Breakfast ends at 9 am, for some weird reason.

Friendly and safe

The staff was warm and amazingly friendly and spoke excellent English which helped me a LOT. All was well organized and the feeling of the property is amazing. Everyone is mature and sticks to the social rules of the property in terms of keeping the noise down at sleeping time and cleaning up the kitchen after using it. The hostel has a real family feeling that way

My single bedroom was very odd with a lock that only locked when the key was turned twice, an aircon knob that I cold not reach, a toilet and shower outside and the washbasin on the balcony on around another corner. Both were visible to the apartment building across a short distance. I like my private space a lot more private.

I stayed at the hostel for the second time due its location,...

I stayed at the hostel for the second time due its location, next to paulista Avenue , subways, safe place.. and the first time I was there, it was wonderful, with a good staff and clean place to sleep and good price!

I thought the place very dirt, the sheets so older and dirt, bathroom so poor, it was terrible! And breakfast was so poor!

Nice hostel close to Paulista Ave

The property is close to Paulista Ave and the bus station. Decent place to stay if needing just a bed for the night or two

A private place to change clothes after a shower would of been nice

I loved the murals all the art the people on the staff were friendly and helpful i would recommend

Breakfast was good the price and location were key but the staff was outrageous they helped out so much and it is and felt like a home there. I really enjoyed being able to be there and meet some great people.

The location was really good

The breakfast was White toasts with jam and sweaty cheese and ham. The coffe was not good. And the receptionists was not to nice either. It was not worth the high price if you wanna stay for more than one night.!

Don’t stay here!!! Got bitten by bedbugs all over my back

Good location

I got bitten all over my back and when I told the staff they didn’t even apologise, no reaction at all. They already knew they had bedbugs and had started to close and clean up some rooms. But not ours... WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE AFTER 4 MONTHS IN SOUTH AMERICA

Awesome staff.

Awesome staff. Close to the metro.

I didn’t like how the bathrooms didn’t have for people to wash their hands. The rooms should have at least two fans. One fan is not enough for 6 people. Having Air conditioning would be nicer, that way people don’t wake up very sweaty.

Disappointing

The ONLY good thing of the hostel is the location, in a good area, close to a.v paulista

I don't know if The girl at the reception was extremely shy or didn't speak any language at all, she didn't explain anything about the hostel or even a recommendation of how to move in the city. The window of the room didn't close and the solution the staff gave us was to put a bed sheet on it! The first night they started to do some reparations and drilled until almost midnight! How can this be possible, those kind of jobs must be done during the day, that was so disrespectful.

The cleanliness was abysmal. The shower drains barely worked, and the floors were filthy. During my stay, no guest spoke English, and the staff only spoke broken English.

„Terrasse geschlossen und Waschmaschine defekt.

Lage ausgezeichnet. Frühstück war OK. Sauberkeit Sanitäranlagen und Zimmer war OK.

Bar und Terrasse geschlossen. (So+Mo) Waschraum geschlossen, Geräte defekt. - Hatten es u.A. wegen der Waschmöglichkeit ausgewählt. Matratze zu hart, Kreuzschmerzen in der früh. Kopfpolster aus "lautem" Plastik. WLAN im Zimmer und ganzen Hostel sehr unstabil, manchmal gehts, manchmal nicht.

Gutes Frühstück und eine sehr gute Lage !

Sehr kleines Zimmer, welches lediglich einen Ventilator hatte.

Super nettes Personal, spitzen Lage direkt an paulista und Metro, vielfältiges Aktivitäten-Programm (auch gratis), bar mit Getränken und essen.

Sehr wenige Bäder (v.a. Toiletten) für die Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Unser Doppelzimmer hat nicht mal die Bezeichnung klein verdient, es war winzig. Außer dem kurzen Bett eigentlich keine Ausstattung. Frühstück nur morgens gut gefüllt (nach Möglichkeit früh gehen, waren einmal um neun und einmal um kurz nach sieben, es trennen Welten die beiden Frühstücke).

Excelente

Excelente desayuno, muy contundente, excelente ubicacion, limpieza y personal. Cama comoda. En general es ultra recomendable. El personal es muy amable tambien. Hay bar y espacio para compartir con brasileros en meetup.

No permiten llamar a uber desde la recepcion, ya que tienen convenio con taxistas, y obviamente ellos tambien van en la parada con comision. Recomiendo los cuartos de arriba, los de abajo nos son malos, pero sin duda arriba hay mayor privacidad

La atención es buena, recomiendo ayudar con las maletas a los Turistas en especial a las mujeres sufrí un poco por las escaleras. En general la atención es buena su gente es calificada para atender al público. Quedó agradecida y en si ya he recomendado el lugar y les ha gustado a quienes han tomado el servicio. Gracias por todo.

Este hostel se queda muy cerca de la avenida principal de Sao Paulo con muchas tiendas y muchos supermercados y cafes alrededor. El staff es muy simpatico y hace todo lo que pieda para ayudarte.
